In order to foster cooperation from the communities surrounding the projects executed by the company, Servinci S.A. arranges meetings and presentations with different stakeholders. Information shared includes schedule of execution, open positions available for locals, salaries and subsidies, among others.
The company has a strong commitment with communities to provide job opportunities, hiring different services from local suppliers that are necessary for the development of the project. These include, transportation, food, housing and raw materials, among others.
Local labor hired is trained to follow performance standards and company's policies regarding health, industrial safety, environmental protection and quality, on a constant basis.
Servinci S.A. strongly supports recreation and entertainment events for local labor employed.

Servinci S.A. is committed to the conservation and protection of the environment. The company identifies impacts and assesses environmental variables before, during and after the execution of the project. These practices enable the company to establish different objectives in terms of prevention, correction, mitigation and compensation measures in every project.
The goal of the company is to develop its different activities in a comprehensive way, taking into account the environmental needs of the region and operating in strict compliance with established environmental and social regulation.
Servinci S.A. achieved the environmental management system ISO 14001:2004 certification in April 2007.
